Another lesson God has laid upon my heart this week is to trust in him with complete faith. Proverbs 3:5-6 has been on my heart today. It's almost like God wrote those words just for me- "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not on thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him and he shall direct they paths". So as I continue to walk down the path of life, I need to have full reliance on God. My faith needs to be as strong as the trees outside; which do not fall down from the slightest breeze. Unwavering faith is complete faith in God. Throughout my spiritual walk I know I will stumble and be tempted to take a different path; but God is always there right beside me holding me up and guiding me all the way.
Dear Father,
I know the way is not always clear and my faith feels shaken at times. Please draw close to me and keep me from falling. Help me to trust in you with complete reliance and faith in you. Help me to stand strong as the trees so I will not be trampled on.I love you Lord and I know you'll never leave me nor forsake me.
